1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and es777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the es777 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and any other products offered through es777.biz.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the es777 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 3. Account Registration & KYC

Each user may hold only one registered account on the es777 platform. Multiple accounts per person, per household, or per device are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, es777 reserves the right to suspend all related accounts and void any associated transactions or winnings.

During registration and at any subsequent point, es777 may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Standard KYC documentation for Pakistani users includes:

• A clear, legible copy of your CNIC (front and back);
• Proof of residential address (a recent utility bill, bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, or equivalent Pakistani institution, dated within 90 days);
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing the registered mobile number).

You must ensure that all information provided to es777 during registration and KYC is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your es777 account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify es777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the es777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20). Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits are displayed within the es777 account deposit section.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the es777 support team. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. es777 aims to process withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers to Pakistani bank accounts are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

es777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests and to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any balance arising from fraudulent activity will be voided without notice.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. es777 is not responsible for delays or failures in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, including mobile wallet providers.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the es777 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market at the time of placement. These rules are published within each game interface and the sportsbook section of the platform.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the es777 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where es777 expressly permits in-play cash-out functionality for a specific market. es777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, and to correct pricing errors retroactively.

Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Winnings generated from bonus funds remain subject to wagering requirements until satisfied. Real-money balance is always used before bonus balance for wagering purposes unless otherwise stated.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the es777 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one account on es777;
• Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process or conceal funds of unlawful origin;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the es777 platform or any connected systems;
• Abusing customer support staff or engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication;
• Allowing or enabling any person under 18 to access your es777 account.

es777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, to void any winnings arising from such conduct, and to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.

8. Intellectual Property
